Rob Fielder
Managing Director of Care
Robert has over 35 years experience working in adult social care and heads our Carlauren Care business. An experienced care professional, Robert has held senior management positions in both the elderly and learning disability sectors and has worked for the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as an inspector of care homes, supported living environments and day care services.  
Kelly Mitchell
Director of Care
Kelly is the Director of Care for Carlauren Care and responsible for delivery of outstanding levels of care, community engagement, recruitment and training. She has many years’ experience in a variety of Registered Manager, Nominated Individual and other senior adult and elderly care roles in residential, domiciliary and dementia homes across the south-west, for large providers, as well as experience as an NVQ Health & Social Care Assessor/Trainer.  
Jemma Griffiths
Care Home Manager
Jemma has been working in the care sector since 2004 across a comprehensive range of care roles up to Regional Manager level.  Jemma's role as Care Home Manager for Carlauren Care has responsibility for our portfolio of care homes in Somerset. Jemma is dedicated to the delivery of exceptional care for our residents.
